Stock Associate

Role Overview

Beside Group is hiring a Stock Associate to support store operations in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on keeping inventory processes smooth, maintaining an orderly stock room, and helping the sales floor stay replenished and ready for customers.

Key Duties

• Support the store team with pre-retail tasks, including GRN handling, scanning, and tagging, so merchandise is prepared efficiently.
• Keep the stock room properly arranged to help day-to-day sales operations run without disruption.
• Make sure the storage area remains neat, clean, and aligned with both company and brand expectations.
• Contribute practical ideas to improve storage usage and increase stock room productivity.
• Match stock room arrangement, folding methods, and size sorting with the standards used on the sales floor to make replenishment easier.
• Follow health and safety rules carefully to reduce the chance of incidents or injuries.
• Move stock from the back room to the shop floor and replenish merchandise quickly to support sales.
• Assist the sales staff on the shop floor whenever extra support is needed to help revenue generation.
• Track stock movement and help limit discrepancies during shipments, transfers, and inventory counts.
• Assist loss-prevention efforts by preparing for stock audits, controlling access to the stock room, and ensuring CCTV coverage is useful and unobstructed.

Experience & Skills

The position calls for someone with 2 to 4 years of background in retail operations, ideally in stock room management or store supervision. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with both sales and management teams.
