Role Overview

The Cleaner position involves performing a mix of move-in and move-out cleaning, preparing vacant units for tenants, and providing regular housekeeping services in occupied homes. Cleaners operate individually, traveling to appointments with their own vehicle and supplies, to ensure properties meet company cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough move-in and move-out cleaning for rental properties.
• Perform detailed turnover cleaning tasks in unoccupied apartments and houses.
• Provide routine housekeeping services as needed for occupied homes.
• Clean areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Use a mobile work application to receive work details, navigate to locations with GPS, upload photos, and update job completion statuses.
• Inspect completed cleaning tasks to ensure they adhere to company standards.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning obstacles observed during assignments.
• Travel independently between appointments using a personal vehicle.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements

• At least two years of paid experience in professional cleaning services.
• Proficiency in both turnover and regular housekeeping cleaning.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle suitable for traveling to work sites with supplies.
• Possession of personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to execute residential cleaning jobs.
• A smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, GPS navigation, capturing clear photos, and following digital instructions.
• Comfort and skill in cleaning detailed areas including kitchen and bathroom fixtures, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Able to work autonomously and responsibly follow specific cleaning protocols.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Dependability, punctuality, and comfort with GPS tracking of arrival times.
