Job Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental homes.
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and houses.
• Provide housekeeping services for occupied homes when needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces meticulously.
• Handle detailed cleaning tasks such as baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliance interiors.
• Utilize a mobile app for job assignments, reading instructions, GPS navigation, photo uploads, and job status updates.
• Inspect your cleaning work before leaving to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges faced.
• Travel independently between appointments using your personal vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable with both move-in/move-out cleaning and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to reach appointments and transport cleaning supplies.
• Own all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Have a suitable smartphone capable of running the mobile work application, equipped with GPS, camera, and internet features.
• Proficient in cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow detailed cleaning instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-tracked arrival confirmations.
