Role Overview

As a Cleaning Operative at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards by managing cleaning equipment, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and safe for use while complying with all agreed service levels. This role requires learning the specifics of the designated cleaning area, including the timing of tasks and the appropriate use of cleaning agents and equipment, all while following Health and Safety protocols. Successful completion of all required training to perform cleaning duties is mandatory. You will work collaboratively within a team and also independently when needed, fostering positive relationships with clients by consistently delivering excellent customer service and striving to exceed expectations.
