Meenakshi Polymers Private Limited (MPPL) is an established Indian manufacturing company that specializes in automotive seating systems, polyurethane foam products, die-cast parts, and various lifestyle products. Their clientele spans the automotive sector, including two-wheelers, buses, tractors, electric vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with significant industry experience to join our corporate office in Gurugram Sector-30. The position reports directly to the Executive Director and focuses on comprehensive financial management within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in accounting standards, taxation, financial control, and ERP system proficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile and scrutinize financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and maintain robust banking relationships.
- Analyze product-wise profitability alongside manufacturing costs and material usage to support pricing and cost-reduction strategies.
- Create detailed monthly management information system reports and financial dashboards highlighting key performance indicators.
- Ensure stringent adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations while coordinating audits and government inquiries.
- Contribute to the budgeting and financial forecasting processes, analyzing deviations and advising corrective measures.
- Strengthen internal controls related to finance, inventory management, and assets ensuring policy compliance.
- Manage customer receivables, optimize working capital, and aid cash flow planning and credit controls.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Chartered Accountant qualification with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and ERP software such as SAP and Tally.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and financial operations in a plant environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and sales departments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Timely closure and accuracy of monthly accounts.
- Zero penalties related to tax and statutory compliance.
- Enhanced working capital efficiency and reduced overdue receivables.
- Successful cost savings and profitability improvements.
- Audits completed within scheduled timelines with resolved observations.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with manufacturing costing and plant finance specific to multiple manufacturing units producing two-wheeler accessories.
- Expertise in OEM customer finance management and working capital strategies.
- Strong MIS reporting capabilities and business partnering skills are preferred over pure accounting experience.
Salary
The annual compensation package ranges between 20,000,000 and 25,000,000 INR.
