Central Risk Trader

About the Role

Join the world's largest sports betting and iGaming company as a full-time Risk Trader with our UK & Ireland Risk Trading team based in Dublin. This permanent position involves shift work including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends, with flexible consideration for part-time availability.

As a key member of the Trading team, you will influence the odds our customers bet on by leveraging statistics, proprietary models, industry insights, and your informed judgments to tackle challenges, manage risks, and enhance performance across various sporting events.

Working collaboratively with the UK&I Risk team, you will monitor customer activity in football and other sports in real time and retrospectively, evaluate the future value of customers, and adjust company risk exposure accordingly. Managing overall liabilities and exposures for Flutter UK&I in these categories will also be part of your scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional sports betting experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to innovate and develop exciting betting options for over one million customers in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Strategically address problems and manage risk to continuously improve betting offerings.
• Engage with and learn about sports betting, including odds and pricing for multiple sports, supported by comprehensive training.
• Develop technical skills through exposure to advanced analytic tools and applications.
• Participate actively in professional growth opportunities to expand your capabilities and career prospects.
