Role Overview

We are searching for a creative and analytical Casino Manager to lead the strategic management and optimization of our casino game portfolio. The successful candidate will own the performance and development of our casino offerings, ensuring a seamless player experience through data-driven decisions and strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the casino games portfolio across all Casumo operating countries ensuring optimal category and lobby structures informed by player data and game performance.
• Lead the process of onboarding, testing, and launching new games and suppliers in accordance with company procedures.
• Serve as the main liaison with casino game suppliers to maintain clear communication and effective day-to-day collaboration.
• Coordinate releases, updates, and resolve issues in partnership with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyze trends in game performance and user engagement, working closely with Business Intelligence to define KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM for promotional campaigns, with Tech and Operations for platform stability and integration, and with Compliance for regulatory adherence.
• Ensure all offered games comply with regulatory standards and Casumo’s internal quality benchmarks through rigorous testing and certification processes.
• Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks related to casino gaming activities.
• Provide leadership and support to casino team members by setting clear objectives, structure, and guidance to ensure effective delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in casino-related roles within the online gaming sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of casino product features, game mechanics, and understanding of player behavior patterns.
• Proven track record managing casino portfolios in regulated markets.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and implementing improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to effectively engage multiple stakeholders.
• Clear, confident communication and collaborative approach to teamwork.
