Role Overview and Duties

• Providing excellent guest service consistently.
• Managing front office administrative tasks efficiently.
• Maintaining the grounds and gardens to high standards.
• Conducting maintenance activities across all park properties and facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and brand standards throughout the park.
• Performing daily operational duties of the park, including on-call support after hours.

Qualifications and Skills Sought

• Prior background in groundskeeping and property upkeep.
• Proficient computer literacy.
• Capability to safely operate groundskeeping machinery and equipment.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building positive relationships.
• Pool maintenance expertise is preferred.
• A proactive and upbeat demeanor.
• Availability to work during weekends, public holidays, evenings, and provide after-hours callouts assistance.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Additional Information

The position may involve physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 kilograms, kneeling, squatting, and handling chemicals and machinery. Candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance check for criminal history and obtain a valid state-specific Working with Children Check before job confirmation.
