Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and executing security procedures for the premises.
• Managing and operating heating and related systems.
• Coordinating with contractors and handling procurement of necessary supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the site.
• Performing repairs on furniture and equipment as needed.
• Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are consistently adhered to.
• Serving as an authorized key holder for the premises.
