About the Role
Blossoms Care Services Ltd is seeking compassionate, dependable, and committed care assistants to expand their dedicated team. The organization provides a variety of care services tailored to the unique needs of each service user aimed at promoting their independence.
Services Offered
- Supported Living: Assisting adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible.
- Care in the Home: Delivering personal care and promoting wellbeing within the client's home environment.
- Day Opportunities: Offering a specialized day service with diverse activities.
- HMP Services: Working within the Sheppey Cluster prisons (Swaleside, Elmley, Stanford Hill) to provide support ranging from personal care to managing cells for incarcerated clients.
- Domestic Support: Assisting clients with household cleaning duties.
- Companionship: Providing daily or weekly visitations to offer companionship.
- Training and Apprenticeships: Access to a variety of training opportunities including apprenticeships during employment.
Compensation
The role offers an hourly wage of £12.71.
