Role Overview
- Based at Elizabeth R Lifecare in Stratford, Taranaki
- Casual employment, working on an as-needed basis without fixed regularity
- Shift opportunities including morning, afternoon, night, and weekends
We seek a caregiver dedicated to making a genuine difference, with a kind and patient approach to provide high quality care and foster a supportive atmosphere for our residents.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in providing care, preferably in aged care settings
- Possession of at least an NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or comparable qualification, such as a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing; this is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities
- A heartfelt passion for helping others, excellent customer service aptitude, and a cheerful, positive demeanor
- Dedication to ongoing improvement and a firm grasp of health and safety practices
