Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 with weekly payments via direct deposit.
• Certified HHA/CNA caregivers who drive can earn between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour after completing eight weeks on the job.
• Refer another caregiver and receive a $700 referral bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with clients by offering companionship and empathetic caregiving services.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform routine light housekeeping.
• Deliver personal care including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and helping manage incontinence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience, whether professional or personal, is required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history is mandatory.
• Availability to work at least two consistent weekly shifts with the same clients to foster reliable and continuous care.
• Basic proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and writing is necessary; multilingual applicants are encouraged.
• Completion of all compliance, licensing, or registration requirements is required.

Additional Information

To qualify for the wage increase after eight weeks, caregivers must meet the driving criteria (valid U.S. driver's license, insurance, and clean record), provide proof of passing the Florida Home Health Aide Competency Exam or hold an active HHA, RN, CNA, or LNA license, complete at least 20 visits in the initial two months, and maintain good standing with Honor.
