Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming phone inquiries from customers.
• Confirming appointments and verifying eligibility for PRSI/Medical card funded appointments.
• Managing customer questions regarding contact lenses, processing contact lens orders and payments, and setting up contact lens direct debits.
• Submitting HSE Medical card claims and performing reconciliation of Medical card and HSE payments.
• Coordinating public relations work.
