Key Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and inspire café team members to consistently achieve high-quality customer service.
• Ensure the café’s cleanliness and organization meet top standards.
• Increase sales by capitalizing on potential opportunities and contributing to the café’s overall success.
• Adhere to all hotel policies including HACCP standards and proper cash handling procedures.
• Create and maintain a welcoming ambiance for visitors and colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within a food and beverage or café setting.
• A sincere enthusiasm for hospitality and exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a friendly and accessible attitude.
• Energetic, reliable, and committed to collaborative teamwork.
