  • Maintain drawing clarity and apply consistent standards for labeling and line work across deliverables.
  • Use existing templates to generate exhibits.

  • Identify improvements to drafting quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Intermediate skill level with AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D beneficial.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Moderate understanding of oil and gas industry rules, regulations, equipment terminology, and nomenclature.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organized work approach.
  • Strong communication abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously in a remote setting while staying connected.
  • Quick adaptability to new exhibits and workflows along with shifting priorities.
  • Skilled in multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
  • Team player with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Dependable, consistent, and accountable with clear responsiveness to deadlines.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing alignment sheets or right-of-way (ROW) packages.
  • Background in oil and gas or land surveying industries.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience using AutoCAD professionally.

  • While remote work is full-time, occasional travel for training, team collaboration, or project support may be needed.
