As the face of the airline, cabin crew members serve as approachable helpers and guides ensuring a delightful travel experience. More than just service providers, our crew members prioritize safety, confidently leading and managing aircraft services, security protocols, and safety procedures. This expertise is honed through world-class training at our advanced Dubai facility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service
• Positive mindset with natural aptitude for excellent team-based service engaging diverse cultures
• High school graduate (Grade 12) as minimum educational qualification
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment
• No visible tattoos when dressed in Emirates cabin crew uniform (no coverings allowed)
• Must be willing to be based in Dubai and fulfill UAE employment visa standards

Remuneration and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 4,980
• Hourly flight pay of AED 69.60, averaging 80-100 flight hours per month
