Key Duties

• Remove used dishes and wipe down tables to reset them for the next guests.
• Sweep, mop, or vacuum areas as needed to maintain cleanliness.
• Replenish sugar caddies, salt shakers, and pepper shakers.
• Arrange dining room tables according to the floor plan.
• Support setup for private events and special spaces.
• Clean and refill bathroom areas.
• Restock service stations throughout the restaurant.
• Support servers when extra help is needed.
• Assist dishwashing staff when required.

Requirements

Physical And Schedule Expectations
