About the Role

Teleion is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst skilled in Power BI to join our team. This position is specifically available to candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Montana, North Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, or Wisconsin. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in rebuilding and growing our analytics capabilities from the ground up, focusing on developing impactful Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define business questions, key performance indicators, and reporting demands.
  • Create, design, and manage Power BI dashboards, comprehensive reports, and data models.
  • Explore and verify the reliability of various data sources, resolving any issues related to data access or documentation.
  • Convert ambiguous or loosely defined requirements into well-structured, actionable analytics solutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for data logic, reporting definitions, and dashboard use for ongoing support.
  • Initiate recommendations for enhancements in reporting workflows, data transparency, and analytics methodologies.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or similar roles.
  • Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and proficiency in DAX.
