Office24by7 Technologies Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to expand its sales team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, lead generation, client interaction, and onboarding partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and assess new leads via outbound calls and alternative channels.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns and follow through with potential clients.
- Analyze customer needs to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present the company's products and services while effectively addressing customer questions.
- Arrange appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Oversee partner onboarding processes and nurture partner relations (preferable).
- Maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline and monitor progress towards closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to relevant teams.
- Consistently meet or surpass designated sales goals.
Required Skills and Experience
- Graduated with 1 to 2 years of experience in roles such as BDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Partner Onboarding.
- Background in IT, SaaS, Software, or CRM sales is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong skills in cold calling, negotiation, and handling customer relations.
- Highly self-driven, goal-focused, and proactive in work approach.
