- Keep opportunities actively updated in CRM systems, with disciplined follow-through, reliable forecasting, and complete records of customer communications.
- Develop and sustain a broad stakeholder network across military and defense programs to increase reach and commercial influence.
- Represent the company at trade events, defense conferences, and client meetings to present capabilities and build stronger relationships.

- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, technology, or defense-oriented environments.
- Prior exposure to military programs or intricate technical sales processes is strongly preferred.
- Ability to explain and negotiate both technical and commercial requirements with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven success handling complex sales pipelines, delivering accurate forecasts, and meeting revenue goals.
- Strong analytical judgment and a structured, objective approach to solving problems and making decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, well organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving setting with frequent travel.
