Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and expand our advisory sales team based in Jamnagar, Gujarat. This role involves recruiting, training, and motivating a team of advisors to effectively sell the company's products and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and assemble a motivated team of sales advisors.
- Provide training and encouragement to enhance team performance.
- Lead and guide the team to effectively market and sell company products.
- Drive sales results through managing and supporting the advisory team.
- Oversee team management and ensure efficient team operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess any graduate degree.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Minimum two years of work experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Age between 22 and 34 years old.
