About the Company and Role
Rising Next Move India Private Limited is recruiting for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE) focused on international sales. The role is based in Noida, Sector 142, requiring the candidate to work from the office location.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive business development and manage B2B sales activities.
- Qualify potential leads and maintain client relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho for effective client management.
- Communicate regularly through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups using LinkedIn.
- Work with MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written English communication throughout interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in relevant fields; freshers with excellent English skills are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in business development and international sales functions.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho.
- Ability to manage communication across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and messaging apps.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Preferred experience or background in consulting, CA firms, accounting, corporate or professional services, or international business.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹33,000 per month, with an annual CTC between ₹3,00,000 and ₹4,00,000.

The role specifically caters to candidates based locally in Noida (Sector 142), requiring physical presence at the office.
