About the Role
Lawlance Legal Services Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join their team immediately. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates who have the drive and confidence to build client relationships effectively. The role primarily focuses on reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing clear explanations of the company's legal and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through telephone calls and email communication.
- Comprehend clients' needs and present company services in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.
- Consistently follow up on leads to convert prospective customers into clients.
- Maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to deliver precise solutions tailored to client inquiries.
- Document all calls, leads, and client interactions accurately within the CRM system.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants must hold at least a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Ownership of a personal laptop is mandatory for this role.
- Open to freshers who possess strong communication skills and confidence.
