About the Company
Mohini Enterprises is recruiting for a Business Development Executive position. The company is affiliated with Apnatime Tech Pvt. Ltd., a prominent platform for SMB hiring in India that has experienced rapid growth through its Field Operations team and established a market leadership position within 18 months.
Role Overview
The role focuses on field sales where the executive will be responsible for acquiring small and medium business customers, performing cold calls, and securing long-term deals through direct field interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily team stand-up meetings.
- Engage daily with HR professionals and decision-makers to conduct business meetings.
- Ensure all meetings are logged promptly and accurately in the CRM system; only meetings registered in CRM are recognized.
- Consistently meet monthly sales closure targets.
Requirements
- Graduation or higher degree.
- At least 2 years of dedicated sales experience, preferably within online payments, e-commerce, internet, or software product industries.
- Proficient in small and medium business sales, B2B selling, cold calling, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is compulsory.
- Age range between 22 to 35 years.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a fixed salary complemented by incentives and coverage of travel expenses. The salary range is between 25,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
