About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Executive to become part of our expanding team at our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of experience specifically within B2B IT and Consulting Services Sales environments, with a knack for creating and nurturing business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
You will play an essential role in driving new client acquisition and managing the complete sales cycle, including leveraging professional networks and digital platforms for outreach and lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of solid experience in B2B sales focused on IT or consulting services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM software, preferably Zoho.
- Strong skills in proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Self-driven and accountable with a high degree of ownership and motivation.
