Business Analyst - Treasury Team

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the treasury team at a prominent global bank. This team is integral to managing critical functions including funding, liquidity, capital, interest rate risk management, provisioning, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct impact assessments for regulatory and operational changes affecting the team.
• Gather, analyse, and clearly document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational difficulties and business needs.
• Spot opportunities to enhance efficiency and promote improved working methods.
• Support the execution of multiple transformation and change projects.
• Participate in initiatives related to regulatory and operational changes.
• Assist teams in preparing for and adapting to new changes.
• Map both existing and intended future state processes.
• Support agile project delivery methodologies and foster continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between two to four years’ experience as a business analyst in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Competent in understanding process flows and data movement across systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks.
• High attention to detail and flexibility in shifting environments.
• Experience with regulatory change support is advantageous.
