Business Analyst

Role Overview

GreenDot Tea Production Company is looking for a sharp, detail-focused Business Analyst to connect operational needs with practical technical solutions. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders to define business problems, capture requirements, suggest better ways of working, and help deliver projects that support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and record business as well as functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify business goals and spot areas where performance or processes can be improved.
• Review workflows, systems, and day-to-day processes to identify suitable solutions.
• Build business cases, written reports, process maps, and other project-related documentation.
• Partner with project managers, developers, and other teams across the full project cycle.
• Assist with testing, rollout, and review of new systems and operating processes.
• Track project results and suggest ongoing refinements where needed.
• Create performance measures and dashboards that help guide business decisions.
• Lead discussions, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Make sure proposed solutions match company objectives and compliance needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline. Prior experience working as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical position is required. Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities are essential, along with clear written and spoken communication. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools is an added advantage. Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project delivery methods is preferred. The role also requires someone who can juggle several projects at once and work to deadlines.
