Job Overview

The Business Analyst will collaborate extensively with executive leadership, playing a key role in business analytics, financial evaluation, and project management. This position demands an energetic and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and presentation capabilities to help refine business strategies and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to perform data analyses underpinning strategic recommendations.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to uncover trends, obstacles, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports facilitating informed decisions.
• Oversee critical projects from start through completion ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
• Engage actively in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Design and deliver impactful presentations and dashboards communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to present fresh ideas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in business or financial analysis, project management, or a relevant role.
• Proficiency in business analytics platforms like Tableau or Power BI and financial modeling tools such as Excel.
• Demonstrated project management skills with tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Excellent communication and presentation talents, capable of clearly articulating complex information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational proficiencies to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working with senior management and fostering cross-level organizational relationships.
