About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Business Analyst to join our energetic team based in Singapore. This role requires in-depth knowledge of business processes, data evaluation, and effective stakeholder engagement to develop solutions that optimize operational workflows and support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, including queries, dashboards, and reporting.
- Create and update BPMN process models to map business workflows.
- Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to drive actionable insights.
- Conduct data reconciliation and analysis using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel tools.
- Document business processes clearly and assist in programme execution and delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP Signavio and expertise in BPMN process modeling techniques.
- Proficient in using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel for comprehensive data analysis.
- Strong abilities in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks is advantageous.
