Role overview
Applegreen Midway is hiring a Burger King Supervisor to help keep front-of-house operations running smoothly and to support the wider store team in delivering a strong customer experience.
What you will do
- Take an active part in the day-to-day running of the business and help maintain smooth frontline operations.
- Support the manager with administrative work needed to keep the store performing at a high level.
- Help the site manager work towards sales growth and the achievement of sales targets.
- Encourage and guide team members by using clear communication and practical leadership to help them reach realistic goals.
- Make sure the store follows Burger King standards, procedures, and company policies at all times.
Experience required
Applicants should have around 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position and be comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
