Role Expectations

• Provide warm and engaging hospitality to ensure guests feel welcomed from the start.
• Meticulously prepare the breakfast area to create an ideal beginning to the guests' day.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, buffet, and back office throughout breakfast service.
• Assist guests with suggestions and information in German, English, and possibly another language, supported by a friendly demeanor.
• Contribute positivity, humor, and a shining smile to enhance both guest experiences and team collaboration daily.
