Role Overview
This position serves as the main liaison between wholesale partners, funded staff, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, precise administration, and excellent execution of brand initiatives. The coordinator will cultivate strong relationships, proactively address challenges, and oversee staffing, payments, uniforms, training, and operational procedures efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing Ralph Lauren retail strategies for wholesale partners, evolving retail principles to successful operational models.
- Support recruitment, training, and monitoring efforts to develop partner retail teams.
- Coordinate day-to-day management of funded staff to ensure proper placement, uniform compliance, and value alignment.
- Monitor retail performance and maintain staffing and uniform records for funded corners.
- Collaborate with department store accounts to guarantee accurate and timely payment processing for agreements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with wholesale partners, funded employees, and internal stakeholders acting as the primary contact for staffing-related inquiries.
- Communicate regularly with key parties, providing updates on vacancies, staffing changes, invoice status, and operational needs.
- Support onboarding processes to assure funded employees receive necessary information and tools for success.
- Organize training events and engagement activities for funded teams, handling logistics and communication.
- Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, and maintain tracking systems to ensure compliance and up-to-date records.
- Oversee incentive payments ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate uniform ordering and distribution for funded employees.
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative efficiency.
- Promote a positive employee experience aligned with Ralph Lauren values.
- Ensure wholesale partners execute Ralph Lauren retail standards and brand expectations consistently.
- Maintain visibility in stores to understand operational needs and strengthen partnerships.
- Champion best practices to enhance customer experience and gather feedback to drive continual improvements.

- Interest in luxury retail, fashion, and delivering premium customer service.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland as business demands, including visits to wholesale partners, stores, training events, and meetings.
