BIM Manager

Role Overview

AABTEC is in search of a seasoned and visionary BIM Manager to spearhead our BIM strategies and operations. The role entails managing the deployment, coordination, and supervision of BIM methodologies across intricate architectural and engineering projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and uphold organization-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM coordinators, modelers, and draftsmen working on various projects.
• Manage multi-disciplinary coordination by performing clash detection and resolving technical conflicts to maintain model fidelity.
• Enhance processes by incorporating cutting-edge BIM technologies to boost project productivity and optimize data handling.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
• Extensive experience of over 10 years in BIM management, particularly on large-scale or complex architectural assignments.
• Proficient in guiding model development through LOD stages 300 to 500, covering as-built and facility management phases.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and related BIM tools.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with strategic planning and effective communication skills across teams.
