Role Overview

The BFSI Recruiter position is designed for experienced professionals capable of handling high-volume recruitment requirements. The role involves delivering staffing solutions to clients by carefully evaluating and sourcing candidates that meet personnel needs with discretion and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment requests effectively, ensuring timely delivery of talent acquisition services.
• Engage in full recruitment life cycle activities, including talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with clients, preferably with experience dealing directly with them, to understand and fulfill staffing demands.
• Exercise discretion and professional judgment when identifying and recommending candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 6 years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally within US staffing environments.
• Strong exposure to W2 employment arrangements and familiarity with US tax terminologies such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Understand various visa types applicable to US recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think quickly and respond to dynamic recruitment needs.
• Solid grasp of IT terminologies and concepts.
