Job Overview

As a Bellboy at Barahat Msheireb Hotel LLC, you will serve as the initial point of contact for arriving guests, delivering excellent customer service by handling luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests when they arrive and depart, maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.
• Assist guests by carefully managing their luggage, ensuring prompt delivery to and from rooms.
• Escort guests to their assigned rooms, sharing details about hotel amenities and services.
• Retrieve luggage from guest rooms upon check-out and transport it to the lobby or designated areas.
• Support guests with transportation needs, such as arranging taxis or providing directions.
• Keep the lobby and luggage storage spaces neat and orderly at all times.
• Address guest inquiries and requests quickly and effectively.
• Work closely with various hotel departments to contribute to a smooth guest experience.
• Follow all safety and security guidelines established by the hotel.
• Carry out additional duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within hospitality or hotel settings, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Great attention to detail with a proactive approach to guest service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and a positive outlook.
• Familiarity with local attractions and the area is considered a bonus.
