About the Role

Sheen Falls Lodge invites applications for a full-time Bar Tender / Food & Beverage professional to join their distinguished team at Sheen Bar and Sheen Lounge. Candidates must possess considerable experience in beverage and cocktail preparation, bar and food service, with a strong focus on detail and delivering exceptional 5-star guest service.

Essential Knowledge and Expertise

• In-depth understanding of Food & Beverage service standards, quality presentation, and a wide range of beverage products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various beverages and their origins.
• Extensive cocktail crafting expertise.
• Proficiency in stock management, including rotation, storage, and keg maintenance.
• Flexibility to accommodate guest requests promptly and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Commitment to consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations within a team environment.
• Serving food, snacks, and afternoon teas daily from 10 am to 9:30 pm, which is an integral part of the bartender's responsibilities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and food across Sheen Lounge, Restaurant Lounge, Library, Drawing Room, Bar, and Brasserie according to schedule.
• Prepare beverages for the Signature Restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in alignment with HACCP and hotel standards.
• Ensure friendly and efficient service operations.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including Micros system balancing.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role operating on a roster basis, including weekend and evening shifts.
