Role Overview

As the Bar Manager, you will oversee all bar operations for this new beachfront restaurant. You will lead the bar team, ensure consistent drink quality and service, and make the bar a standout feature of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar activities efficiently.
• Lead, train, and develop the bar staff.
• Create and enhance cocktail and beverage menus.
• Oversee stock management, ordering processes, and cost controls.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation standards.
• Drive revenue growth at the bar while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Proven experience managing bars in high-end establishments.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
