About the Role
Woolworths Group is looking for a qualified Baker to join the Chisholm new store team in Aberglasslyn, New South Wales. This is an early-start, in-store role that lets you finish your day sooner while producing the fresh baked goods the local community expects and enjoys.
You will be part of a busy, energetic bakery team that values collaboration, skill development, and high standards. The role suits someone who takes pride in producing quality food, working in a fast-moving environment, and helping the team keep up with customer demand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and bake a range of fresh products that reflect local customer preferences.
- Apply the brand’s everyday service values to create a positive customer experience through quality products and care.
- Maintain strong food safety and hygiene practices, keeping work areas clean, tidy, and ready for inspection.
- Assist in guiding and supporting the bakery team, contributing to a workplace built on wellbeing, resilience, and shared results.
- Continue building your baking expertise while also developing leadership capability.
- Work confidently under pressure in a physically demanding environment with tight production schedules.
What You'll Need
- A formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry credential.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced bakery setting.
