About the Role
Join Wabtec Corporation as a Back Office Sales professional based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the Commercial Operations & Sales Support team. You will serve as a crucial connector between various departments such as Commercial, Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, and Customer Service, ensuring seamless coordination amongst the regional and global teams. Your role centers on maintaining accurate sales data, managing sales processes, and delivering strong commercial support that aids business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams by managing pricing activities, coordinating sales processes, and preparing reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and efficient sales operations while providing valuable commercial insights for strategic decisions.
- Act as the main communication bridge between internal departments, manufacturing plants, and customers to drive operational excellence.
- Lead internal sales initiatives including opportunity tracking, tender management, CPQ follow-ups, and Salesforce data upkeep to enhance forecasting and business performance.
- Maintain pricing documentation and standard quotation processes across products, customers, and timelines.
- Analyze and distribute various sales reports covering pricing, volumes, customer trends, and market statistics.
- Monitor compliance with legal, corporate, and departmental regulations and policies.
- Identify and escalate commercial risks; manage and resolve disputes involving key stakeholders.
- Facilitate bid review processes and support post-win/loss analyses.
Candidate Profile
- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines is required.
- At least three years of experience in fields such as Banking & Insurance, Retail or Production Controlling, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support.
- Proficient analytical and organizational skills capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively within diverse, multicultural, and hybrid work environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word, and experience with ERP and CRM tools like Salesforce, CPQ, and Oracle.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Familiarity with corporate bid management, commercial operations, and Turkish public sector procurement is preferred.
- Male applicants must have completed military service.
- Preference given to Saudi nationals residing in Riyadh, complying with Saudization guidelines.
