About the Role
DTDC Courier Service in Shastri Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai is seeking a Back Office Executive to join their team. This role offers a stable office environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Working Hours
The work schedule is from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily cash records accurately.
- Track courier shipments and address any related inquiries or issues.
- Oversee office operations and coordinate activities among staff members.
- Handle client emails promptly and manage customer queries with professionalism.
- Facilitate smooth and effective communication with clients ensuring support needs are met.
