Job description
Role Overview
The Back-end Executive will be responsible for maintaining and updating tenant and property information, managing financial transactions such as rent and deposit records, and overseeing tenant and staff communications to ensure smooth property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Update tenant and property details accurately.
- Maintain records of rent, deposits, and payment transactions.
- Handle entries related to new tenant arrivals and tenant vacating details.
- Receive tenant complaints and assign them to the appropriate staff members for resolution.
- Follow up on pending payment collections and unresolved complaints.
- Manage daily data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Keep records of tenant documents and rental agreements.
- Coordinate effectively with caretakers, technicians, and field staff.
- Prepare daily reports and updates for the management team.
- Handle tenant communication primarily via WhatsApp.
- Maintain records for maid attendance and payments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
- Strong communication skills for tenant and team interaction.
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities.
- Effective follow-up capabilities to ensure task completion.
- Responsible, well-organized, and dependable work approach.
Additional Information
Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years is preferred, though freshers are encouraged to apply.
