About the Role
Mesma, part of the SDN Mesma Group, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a tight-knit marketing team during a pivotal phase of company growth. The team is preparing to launch a refreshed brand in the latter half of 2026, offering an excellent opportunity for a creative and dynamic marketing professional to generate ideas, build impactful campaigns, and actively contribute to the company’s development.
The organisation operates within education, employment services, and workforce development sectors providing CPD, software solutions, resources, consultancy, and research services. Their Mesma software platform enhances quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives by combining AI technology with expert human support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
- Produce clear and engaging content tailored for customers, prospective clients, and stakeholders.
- Utilise communication channels such as website, email marketing, social media, and print to effectively reach target audiences.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to inform and optimize future marketing activities.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained throughout all marketing collateral and customer communications.
- Keep abreast of market trends, client requirements, and competitor strategies to inform marketing efforts.
Additional Details and Benefits
- Salary range between £25,000 and £30,000 annually, aligned with skills and experience.
- Primarily home-based work arrangement with regular travel to the North East of England.
- Full-time, permanent position.
