You will work in a fast-moving environment and help source, assess, and engage talent across both technical and business roles. In partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, you will review applications, run initial screening calls, and support the creation of effective hiring pipelines. The role also involves using modern recruiting systems and data-informed methods to find promising candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience. Key responsibilities
- Assess incoming applications for several open roles and shortlist candidates using structured evaluation and professional judgment.
- Carry out first-round recruiter screens to understand experience, skills, motivation, and fit for the role.
- Use sourcing and recruiting platforms to make candidate review faster and more efficient.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and support recruitment across technical and non-technical positions.
- Handle several hiring workflows at once while keeping communication timely and candidate experience strong.
- Adjust screening methods based on the role, showing the ability to learn quickly about different business areas.
- Help improve recruiting processes, workflow efficiency, and talent pipeline management.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience in either a staffing agency or an in-house talent acquisition team, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing tools for finding, assessing, and managing candidates.
- Ability to review large application volumes and consistently identify strong prospects.
- Solid interview skills, including experience conducting structured initial screening conversations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect well with candidates from varied backgrounds.
- Highly organized approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn about different functions, industries, and hiring needs.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a fully remote team environment.
