About the Role
This position requires comprehensive expertise in the process area to efficiently address operational challenges with logical and methodical solutions. The individual will identify gaps, apply well-thought-out remedies, and embrace team inputs to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively in alignment with company goals. Proactive and self-driven, the role focuses on enhancing internal and external customer satisfaction by auditing workflows, executing best practices, and leveraging available frameworks and tools. Clear communication of ideas and status to stakeholders at all levels, in both verbal and written formats, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships independently and serve as a trusted consultant.
- Quickly highlight and escalate client and internal concerns to avoid client dissatisfaction.
- Develop strong subject matter expertise and lead initiatives actively.
- Support knowledge management by sharing insights and best practices within the teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBM or Master’s degree such as M.Com, MBA, or PGDM.
- 3 to 5 years experience leading teams of at least 10 members, with robust understanding of KYC, AML, and Due Diligence processes.
- Capability to execute assigned tasks independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and respond decisively during critical events.
- Commitment to ongoing skill enhancement and staying updated with industry demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective networking and gaining trust across client representatives and operations teams in India.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to extract insights from data.
