Role Overview
The Associate Digital Merchandiser supports the Director of Digital Merchandising by effectively managing digital floor setups, analyzing reports to maximize business results, overseeing offer execution, guiding overseas assistants, and collaborating with cross-functional onsite teams. This role may also manage smaller business sub-categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the digital customer journey aligned with merchandise and category strategies, including product pages, site roadmap, storytelling, sequencing, cross-sells, navigation, and site accuracy.
- Ensure daily site content validation to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze sales data and site metrics to uncover opportunities for boosting sales and conversion rates through updated roadmaps, sequencing, and adapted merchandising strategies.
- Assist the director with pre-season planning and coordinate creative asset requirements.
- Optimize imagery selection based on style performance, sell-through rates, marketing promotions, content updates, and customer support feedback.
- Develop and implement the offer experience strategy.
- Monitor and improve category-specific internal search results to enhance relevancy and performance.
- Lead linking strategies connecting marketing channels such as email, social media, and mobile apps, recommending improvements for future campaigns.
- Validate and optimize home and collection page content links and sequencing to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Manage and resolve site setup issues raised by partners within defined service level agreements.
- Prepare weekly insights reports for Monday meetings, including category summaries and presentations to leadership.
- Contribute insights and analyses to monthly and seasonal category reviews, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Benchmark competitor websites to identify product and functional enhancements that could benefit Victoria’s Secret & Co.

- 4 to 6 years of relevant retail experience in digital merchandising or eCommerce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital reporting tools.

Salary Range
Annual compensation ranges between $88,200 and $117,285, subject to factors such as qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
