Key Responsibilities
- Provide global client support within the Professional Services team, assisting clients across the US, Europe, and Asia to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Manage and maintain client portfolio data on the Termgrid platform, ensuring accuracy and seamless data onboarding and updates.
- Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews by analyzing client usage trends, engagement statistics, and feedback.
- Collaborate with account managers to handle client queries and resolve issues related to Termgrid's portfolio products promptly and proactively.
- Develop and update internal and external knowledge base documentation to improve client enablement and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay client needs, provide feedback, and support ongoing product improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related area.
- Have 4 to 8 years of experience within leveraged finance, investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or a related sector.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and aim to impress clients consistently.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail critical to building trust with sophisticated investors.
- Display a strong grasp of corporate and leveraged finance concepts, including term loans, syndications, and capital structures.
- Be methodical and systematic, consistently meeting commitments and adept at identifying business opportunities.
- Effective prioritization skills and the ability to operate across multiple time zones (US, Europe, Asia).
- Adapt comfortably to a remote-friendly, high-performance, asynchronous work environment with suitable home office arrangements.
