Job Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary goal is to enhance sales, drive operational efficiency, and meet performance objectives by motivating and leading your team effectively. The position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your leadership will be vital to the store's success. Flexible working arrangements are offered.
Working Hours
- 38.5 hours per week
- Sunday: 10:45 AM - 6:45 PM
- Monday: 9:15 AM - 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:15 AM - 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:15 AM - 5:45 PM
- Friday: 11:45 AM - 8:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the team, including taking charge of the store in the manager's absence.
- Foster an environment focused on excellent customer service, meeting performance goals, and maintaining accurate stock processes.
- Engage hands-on in operational and commercial activities alongside staff.
- Maintain timely and precise communication to support business operations.
