Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our Kingston location. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with store leadership to achieve outstanding operational results and deliver exceptional customer service.

Working Hours

The position requires 38 hours per week, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday. Store hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Flexibility with work hours is sometimes necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is desirable.
• Open to acquiring new skills relevant to sales and customer service, with training provided.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently or under guidance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take responsibility for tasks.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service with a proactive, hardworking attitude.
• Enthusiastic team player capable of managing a variety of tasks hands-on.
• Goal-focused and motivated to achieve results.
• Good written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Physically capable to meet the role's demands.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
