Role Overview

We invite enthusiastic and capable leaders to join our fast-growing South Florida region. As an Assistant General Manager, you play a crucial role in our centers' operational success by guiding teams, enhancing member experiences, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading a high-performing, positive team environment for coaches and members
• Support the management of sales, operations, and member engagement to foster growth and retention
• Collaborate closely to maintain efficient daily center operations and ensure consistent execution of programs
• Drive local community engagement, class enrollment, and marketing initiatives
• Lead by example through coaching 1 to 5 classes weekly, embodying the KidStrong approach
• Contribute to recruitment, hiring, and training processes for coaching staff while upholding program quality
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization with a proactive, hands-on attitude

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or operational roles
• Experience or interest in children's programming, fitness, education, or athletics is advantageous
• Strong leadership aptitude with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to inspire and engage both team members and program participants
• Availability to work one weekend day per week

Certifications

• CPR Certification (can be attained after hire)
• First Aid Certification (can be attained after hire)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stay active and energetic throughout the workday
• Comfortable demonstrating physical exercises and coaching children
• Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds if necessary

This position requires dedication beyond standard office hours when necessary to support teams and members, embracing a true sense of ownership. The role involves dynamic, hands-on participation within the facility.
