Role overview
MASCOT® WORKWEAR is hiring an experienced sales professional to expand its footprint across the Christchurch area and upper South Island. This position suits someone who is self-reliant, relationship-focused, and motivated by measurable business growth.
You will own your territory, develop commercial opportunities, and work with distributors to strengthen market reach for workwear and safety footwear.
What you will do
- Build, expand, and maintain a robust distributor network by bringing new partners on board and deepening existing partnerships.
- Manage the sales pipeline actively, engage customers consistently, and collaborate with distributors to lift revenue.
- Equip partners with product expertise, training, and retail activation support, including shop-in-shop concepts.
What you need to bring
- Proven background in field sales, distributor management, or a comparable commercial position, ideally within PPE.
- Ability to spot opportunities, develop them commercially, and close deals effectively.
- A disciplined, self-motivated working style with strong communication and relationship-building ability.
